Omari Latif Hardwick is an American actor and activist born on January 9, 1974 in Georgia, USA, the middle child resulting from the marriage between Clifford and Joyce Hardwick. He had two elder brothers named Malik and Jamil, and a younger sister Shani. Sadly, Malik passed away in 2014 and Shani in 2015.
Omari attended Marist High School, graduating in 1991. He then attended the University of Georgia on an athletic scholarship, which he received thanks to his natural talent in football and baseball.
