Elizabeth Cameron Turner was born on July 30, 1992 in Griffin, Georgia, USA, so her zodiac sign is Leo and she is an American national. Her mother’s name is Annie Turner, who according to Elizabeth has always been very supportive of all her endeavors and has encouraged her to pursue her dreams, whatever they are. Elizabeth began her modeling career in her senior year of high school, was featured in the pages of Teen Vogue in 2010, and signed her first contract with Factor Women Model Management, based in Atlanta, Georgia. In the spring of 2010, Elizabeth worked for Belk magazine and in November graced the cover of The South magazine.

She later appeared in the April 2011 issue of Seventeen Prom, and in January 2012 was featured in one of Kohl’s campaigns. Elizabeth quickly understood that it was difficult for her to balance her studies and her modeling career, so she took a break from work until she graduated, and started modeling again in 2014. The gap in her work experience did not faze anyone, and she soon received more offers from various brands and companies, as well as from modeling agencies.

However, the sisters later discovered that their photos were being used in further campaigns, so they both filed a lawsuit against SnapChat and Picaboo in September 2014, accusing them of reputational damage and misuse of the photos. Elizabeth too claimed that she worked with SnapChat’s co-founder named Evan Spiegel for free, who convinced her to actually donate her photos to the project, promising her not to use them anywhere else.
Sarah Turner also participated in the shoot, meeting Evan Spiegel and his colleague Bobby Murphy at Spiegel’s residence in Toyopa Drive, Pacific Palisades, Los Angeles. Elizabeth and Sarah later emphasized that their photos were only taken for an iPhone application version, when in fact they were used for the Android version of the app, as well as on the application’s website. Sarah and Elizabeth claimed that it was their photos that also helped SnapChat’s founders reach the app’s current valuation, which was around $10 billion at the time. The lawsuit was settled, but no information about the payment to the Turner sisters was revealed.
