1. AI boosts productivity

I like AI because it helps increase employee productivity and operational workflows. For content creation, AI is used to come up with blog, social, and webinar topics. For technical workflows, we used AI to create a Python script, summarize meeting notes, and more. Since the benefits of AI mainly arise during ideation, we always use a human approach to finalize our implementations. – Julian Hamood, Trusted technical team

2. AI cannot duplicate human emotions

I’m looking at using AI to write content negatively. Original insights that come from reasoning, storytelling, and personal experience are the secret sauce that consistently scores higher. What’s hard to present while writing isn’t “data,” but the human emotional connection that readers gravitate towards, and personalization, which AI can’t duplicate. This is why human-written content will always win! – Brian David Crane, Spread great ideas

3. AI can open the door to a better product

AI must have its place in your business if you want to keep up with the competition. There are fears that if you let AI write your content entirely or replace interactions with your customers, you risk replacing the heart of your business. But you also open the door to a better product, which is what your customers ultimately want. Even the Tin Man eventually found his heart, right? – Isabel Shee, TO GROW

4. AI cannot replace real wisdom

AI is not wisdom, and content generated solely by AI lacks context and originality. AI-generated content has its advantages, including speed and cost-effectiveness. However, with human intervention, AI-generated content can be contextualized to provide insights beyond facts and turn into thought leadership. Companies should use AI as a tool to improve content creation, not as a substitute for real wisdom. – Devesh Dwivedi, Devesh Dwivedi

5. AI can save time spent on pre-design research

Using AI for content generation can be beneficial in several ways. It can help you save time by doing your research before you start crafting your content. However, you cannot completely trust the output of AI tools. Sure, it makes your job a lot easier. But you should definitely double check the information generated by AI tools before fully relying on it. – Josh Kohlbach, Wholesale Suite

6. AI-generated writing still requires a human touch

AI is not going anywhere unless it is regulated. A key to using writing features is to have someone who is already an expert at managing them to improve productivity. You need to research, cite sources correctly, and add the right tone and a human touch. It does not necessarily replace a job. If you employ an excellent writer, encourage them and discuss productivity and how they can use it. – Matthew Kapala, alphametic

7. AI can help with brainstorming

AI is a tool to be used in conjunction with human intelligence, which cannot be completely relied upon. When writing content for businesses, AI can help with brainstorming, formulation, and formatting, but it doesn’t generate ideas. Using AI can provide another way to convey ideas, but ultimately the ideas themselves are a human construct. The key is to use AI to amplify human expression. – Alex Austin, Right Law Group

8. AI cannot generate creative ideas

These tools are great at generating content from data, but they’re not very good at coming up with creative ideas. This can limit the scope of the content it creates and make it feel old. However, using AI-based content tools to generate content saves a huge amount of time as writing is quite a time consuming task. AI tools can help businesses save time and focus on other aspects of their business. – Sujay Pawar, CartFlows

9. AI can be trained to write in multiple languages

Using AI for content creation involves mistakes. AI tools are only as good as the algorithms and data they are based on. If there are errors in the data or flaws in the algorithms, the resulting content may be inaccurate or impractical. On the other hand, AI content creation tools can be trained to write in multiple languages, which can be a huge asset for companies operating globally. – Abhijeet Kaldate, Astra WordPress theme

10. AI cannot capture a specific voice and tone

While AI tools can save time and costs for companies with unmet or heavy content needs, there are certainly some drawbacks. These tools lack the ability to capture a specific voice and tone, which is crucial for brand identity. In addition, since many AI tools cannot distinguish between credible and non-credible sources, research-based content often requires fact-checking and revisions. – Samuel Saxton, ConsumerRating.org

11. AI tools will redefine content creation

I think AI tools will redefine content creation. So it goes without saying that I view these tools positively. However, there is a downside to everything. The main benefit of using AI tools is that they make content creation less time consuming. But the tools lack emotional intelligence and audience empathy. So it’s fine to use them to create content, but the final product requires a human touch. – Jared Achison, WPForms

12. Content written by AI can pose a risk of plagiarism

It can be super useful to use AI tools to write content. But my biggest fear of using it is the risk of plagiarism. Since AI tools generate content from pre-existing content, the risk of duplicate content increases dramatically. Google may penalize you for using such content on your site. – Andrew Munro, AffiliateWP

13. AI quickly finds information to guide content creation

Using AI tools as facilitators in the content creation process can be an efficient strategy. AI can help you find relevant information in seconds and guide you in producing engaging content for your audience. However, using such tools end-to-end is not a viable approach as you know your audience better and can personalize your content based on their needs and/or preferences. – Stephanie Wells, Formidable shapes

14. AI can help with creative content, not generate it

AI language tools are neither intelligent nor stupid. They’re just tools. If you train these tools intensively, they can produce the intended content faster. But they can’t produce the creativity needed to go into content. You always need a human to inject the necessary brilliance into AI-generated content pieces. So the motto is “AI-assisted, not AI-generated.” – Kelly Richardson, Infobrandz
