A Quick Recap!

In the previous episode, Conrad found out that a pharmacy had been using a fake prescription under his name to sell drugs after an OD patient was brought to the ER. Conrad went to the pharmacy and met with Phoebe, who manipulated Conrad and did not return. She went into the office where a man asked what Conrad wanted, and she lied about it. Soon after, Billie called Conrad to help with a street racing accident, who crashed into a store. Conrad arrived at the scene, and Billie insisted on performing surgery on the store owner Eileen in the middle of the street. Conrad did not agree with Billie’s plan, but he assisted her anyway.

Further, in The Resident Season 5 Episode 18, AJ treated Eileen after having complications from Billie’s street surgery. Moreover, Bell and Kit handled a 17-year-old named Max. The kid drove his car into Eileen’s store. Jayci came in to stabilize Max, and his parents argued in the waiting room. Meanwhile, the pharmacist Phoebe was brought to the ER after she suffered a nasty fall on the stairs. Conrad recognized her and suggested immediate brain surgery. Billie was unhappy about Conrad meeting Phoebe without informing her or the FBI. Conrad was also upset about Billie performing surgery on the street.

Billie told Conrad that the injuries might not have been from a fall. Kit and Bell performed surgery on Max’s shattered leg. Moreover, Zach tripped on Eileen’s bloodline, ripping her artery. AJ yelled at Zach as they rushed into surgery.

Meanwhile, Conrad and Billie discovered poison on Phoebe’s hands and mouth. AJ was kicked out of Eileen’s surgery after he failed to keep pressure on her artery. Luckily, Eileen survived, and Zach apologized to AJ. Conrad discovered that Phoebe had been poisoned with Antifreeze. The mysterious man from the office came to her room and tried to kill her. Conrad and Billie rushed in to save Phoebe’s life. Unfortunately, they could not save Phoebe.
