Who is Kaleena Bliss from “Beachside Brawl”?

Kaleena Bliss, who is the Executive Chef of Thompson Seattle and “oversees all culinary activities at the property,” is set to appear on Beachside Brawl. Chef Kaleena Bliss, winner of Chopped: Casino Royale season 51, will once again showcase her fattening talents on Beachside Brawl, which airs on Food Network on June 19, 2022 at 10:00 PM ET. In the program, she cooks with the other three chefs for the West Coast team.

Kaleena Bliss, a resident of the Pacific Northwest, is passionate about “locally grown produce such as wild mushrooms and shellfish.” Her Instagram feed is chock full of her mouthwatering creations.

The “Eater. Drinker. Adventurer” suffered greatly from her “kitchen success.” She, like any chef, has experienced “various kinds of physical and emotional suffering” at work. She commented on Starchefs about her difficult existence. ​as a chef:

“Like so many others, I’ve missed countless vacations and upset relatives without even thinking about it.” I left work to get stitches and then went back to work on the evening shift. I fought third-degree burns and the death of both my parents.”

All of her difficulties contributed to her win in Food Network’s Casino Royale culinary competition on Chopped. She received $40,000 in the season finale, which aired on February 1. She told The Seattle Times of her win:

“I don’t regret anything I’ve done in my career to get here, because chaotic, stressful events have given me the skills to be a strong critical thinker.”

Kaleena Bliss has been working in the culinary sector for over 16 years. In 2009, she received a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts Management from the Culinary Institute of America. She began her career for a year as a full-time kitchen supervisor at Hilton in the United States before becoming a sous chef at Four Swallows on Bainbridge Island. She started working as Chef De Cuisine at Mistral Kitchen in the South Lake Union area after gaining experience for two years.

Bliss rose to the rank of Executive Sous Chef at The Edgewater Hotel for over three years after becoming an expert in her field. She then worked as an Area Executive Chef at Motif Seattle. According to her LinkedIn page, she had a “complex responsibility of leading the culinary department along with Thompson Seattle.” Bliss was named Executive Chef at Thompson Seattle in November 2019.

Beach brawl on Food Network

Kaleena Bliss is one of four chefs on the West Coast team. Led by celebrity chef Brooke Williamson, she will team up with Brian Madayag, Joshua Mouzakes and Jessica Roy. In Beachside Brawl, the team goes up against the East Coast team to show that their coastal cuisine is the best. Tim Hollingsworth, Jeremy McBryde, Ben Robinson, Stephanie Boswell, Rashida Holmes, Noah Cappe and Sabin Lomac will join host Antonia Lofaso in each episode to taste and pick the winner of the week. The surviving chef will be awarded the title of Best of the Beach and a $25,000 beach vacation at the conclusion of the culinary competition.
