Jennifer Lopez, an American singer, looked stunning in her wedding dress during a brief ceremony over the weekend when she married fiancé Ben Affleck. On July 17, the 52-year-old actress revealed her secret marriage to the Argo actor on her official website, 17 years after they initially got engaged.
According to court records obtained by the media site Today, the couple obtained their marriage license from Clark County in Nevada on July 16. The newlyweds donned outfits from their own closets for their gorgeous Las Vegas wedding, according to Lopez’s On the JLo newsletter.

According to her email, the On My Way singer donned two white outfits during the event. Jennifer Lopez wore a long white dress to her small wedding and was adorned with earrings and a silver bracelet. The 52-year-old finished her bridal look with loose hair, smoky eyes and bare skin.
She wrote about the dress:
“I’ve had this dress for years and years and years, and I just kept it, kept it, kept it, and now I’m wearing it on my wedding day.”
Chris Appleton, her D-Day stylist, has also released a video on Instagram of the star’s last look before her wedding. Lopez then appeared to morph into another Zuhair Murad wedding dress, this time a white lace off-the-shoulder gown with a sweetheart neckline and corset bodice. The actress completed her ensemble with a similar lace veil. With smoky eyes, nude lips, her signature bronze glow and curls, she kept her makeup sophisticated but easy.
Lopez previously wore this item in her love film Marry Me. Ben Affleck, on the other hand, dressed in a cream jacket over a white shirt and black bow tie. In her letter, Lopez stated:
“So we made our own vows in the little chapel and gave each other the rings that we will wear for the rest of our lives, with the most beautiful witnesses imaginable, a dress from an old movie and a blazer from Ben’s wardrobe. ”
He finished the performance with a white rose pinned to his jacket.
The couple first announced their engagement in 2003.
It is not the first time the couple has married. They first made news of their love affair in July 2002, when they crossed paths during the filming of Gigli. Within four months of dating, they were engaged. However, they ended their romance in 2004. Lopez married Marc Anthony the following year and their twins, Emme and Maximilian, were born in 2008. The couple divorced in 2014.
Meanwhile, Ben Affleck married Jennifer Garner in 2005. Violet (16), Seraphina (13) and Samuel are their three children (10). In 2018, the couple divorced. Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck married in April 2022, after sparking rumors in 2021.
